  Staff was courteous and things went well until the procedure. I had to have all my top teeth pulled and was fitted with dentures immediately. THe day following the procedure, once I had used up the 4 decent pain pills they had prescribed, I started to feel severe pain in the teeth, gums and lower jaw. that the extra strength Motrin could not tough. After and evening of not eating not sleeping and not even being able to watch TV to distract myself from the pain , I called the Aspen Dental office and told them what was going on and to try and get some effective pain relief . After being on hold for a while I was told that the soonest they could see me was Monday morning. I held firm and pointed out that two complete days of pain was not acceptable to me. I did my best to politely express my situation and AD would not budge. I am very unhappy with this outcome. Word to the wise, make sure to EMPHASIZE pain concerns and have them give you enough pain meds to get you through the very painful process of getting your gums healed under your dentures.
